Specifications, dimensions, clearances, and compatibility information are published in good faith and to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication.
Component compatibility depends on the specific parts you choose and can change when manufacturers revise their designs. Where we name particular third-party components, we do so illustratively. We do not supply, endorse, or warrant those products, and you remain responsible for confirming that your chosen components fit within the stated clearances.
Product images are indicative. Colours may vary depending on your display, and finishes may vary slightly between production batches.

Thermal and performance statements on this website reflect our own testing under the conditions described. Real-world results depend on your components, ambient temperature, fan curves, and configuration, and may differ from ours.

8. Consumer rights and disputes
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights are set out in our Return and Refund Policy.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at magnova@outlook.com.au. Most issues are resolved quickly and directly.
If we cannot resolve a dispute between us:
- Australian customers may contact the consumer protection agency in their state or territory, or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (accc.gov.au).
- EU customers may contact a national alternative dispute resolution body. A directory of certified bodies across the Member States is maintained by the European Commission at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu, and the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) can assist with cross-border complaints.
- UK customers may contact Citizens Advice or their local Trading Standards service.
We are not currently obliged, and do not undertake, to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. This does not affect any statutory right you have to pursue a complaint.

These matters are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your own country of residence.

Note on the address field
Australian law does not require a trader to publish a street address on a website. Two things pull the other way for you:
- EU customers. EU e-commerce rules require a trader selling into the EU to make its geographic address easily accessible. You currently ship to fourteen EU countries.
- Your warranty document. As noted previously, the Australian Consumer Law's requirements for a warranty against defects include the warrantor's address and telephone number.
